Students - Change my Two-factor Authentication (2FA) verification methods

Note: If you got a new phone number contact the IT Service Desk at 561-868-4000 for assistance resetting your 2FA. If you don't follow these steps.

1. Go to myapps.microsoft.com.  

2. If prompted, sign in with your Palm Beach State student email and password (same password that you use for Pantherweb).

   

3. Click YES to Stay Signed In

4. In the top right corner, click on your initials in the circle, then click on View account.

 

5. To the left, click on Security info, then you can change your current methods and add new ones.
