1. Meeting Owner - Locate the Video:
- Go to the Teams channel or chat where the video is posted.
- Click on the video to open it in Microsoft Stream
2. Open Video Settings
- In the new window, select "Open in Stream" in the upper right corner
3. Adjust Permissions
- In the browser window, click Share, then select Manage Access in the upper right corner.
4. Find the person you want to grant access to and click on their name.
5. Note: Disregard the default system accounts (e.g. Velocity… and Avanan…)
6. Select "Direct Access", then "Grant Access", then "Can edit". Apply" to save the changes.
7. The recipients will receive an email invitation to edit the file. The recipient should click Open in the email.
8. The Download option should be available.
