Unable to Sign in To Teams

After a password change,this message may appear "We need you to sign in! Either your password changed or the server needs your sign -in info again".

To resolve the issue:

 

  1. Launch the Task Tray located on the lower right end corner.

Locate Task Tray

 

 

  1. Right click on Teams icon and choose Sign Out.

Right click Team and Sign out

 

  1. Right click again on Teams icon and choose Quit.

Select the Quit option

 

  1. Start Teams.
