Accessing and Setting Up Voicemail

To access and setup your voicemail for the first time:

  1. Select the Voicemail button on the telephone.

  1. Enter the default pin/password 1235, then select the # button and follow the prompts.

Note: If you get a message of "Invalid entry. Enter your ID followed by pound." Your ID is your 5 digit extension assigned to you.

  1. You will get a message of "Your PIN has expired." Wait on the phone a few minutes longer and the system will prompt you to enter a new PIN.

 

To access and setup a generic mailbox voicemail, or access your voicemail from another college phone:

  1. Select the voicemail button.

  1. Select the * (star or asterisk) button.
  2. Enter in the extension you are trying to access, then select the button.
  3. Enter the pin for the extension, then select the button.

​​​​​​​Note: The default pin/password is 1235 for generic mailboxes as well.

 

To access your voicemail from off campus:

  1. Dial (561) 868 - 3992.
  2. Select the * (star or asterisk) button.
  3. Enter in your extension, then select the button.
  4. Enter the pin for the extension, then select the button.
