Removing/deleting a printer on a computer (Windows)

  1. From the start menu, open Devices and Printers.

Click the start menu, type devices and printers, then select devices and printers

 

  1. Right-click on the printer you would like to remove then select "Remove device."

Right-click the printer then select Remove Device

 

  1. When prompted of "Are you sure you want to remove this device?" verify the printer number is the correct one, then select Yes.

If it is incorrect select No, then repeat the above step for the correct printer.

Verify the printer number and then select Yes when prompted Are you sure you want to remove this device?

 

  1. The printer will now be removed from the computer.
