Employees- How do I change my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification methods?

  1. Go to myapps.microsoft.com.  You will be prompted to sign in with your Palm Beach State College credentials.  
  2. In the top right corner, click on your name, then click Profile. 
  3. Under Manage account, click Additional security verification. You will be prompted for your current 2FA authentication.

  1. From this page you can change your preferred option by clicking on the drop-down menu under "what's your preferred option?"  You can also set up as many additional verification methods as needed.
