Do I need prior approval to use the College Logo on Promotional/Give-Away Items or for Advertising?

Yes. Anything that will display the college logo or college-related artwork including but not limited to: All forms, flyers, brochures, multimedia materials (including creation of videos), promotional materials (t-shirts, hats, umbrellas, pens, cups, etc.), team uniforms/equipment, any form of advertising and other external communication materials must be submitted to the College Relations & Marketing (CRM) Department for review and approval before printing.

CRM provides several variants of the college logo and each has a specific purpose and intended use. For additional information, refer to the Graphic Identify Standards guide available on the CRM webpage. The approval process allows CRM to ensure the logo/artwork is being used correctly.

A copy of the entire approval form that clearly indicates approval by CRM must be attached to your Workday requisition. Do not send just the ticket number.
