Here is a quick guide as to who has to “check in and out”:
- Full-time employees eligible for overtime (Nonexempt employees)
- All part-time employees such as tutors, student workers, etc.
- Hourly adjunct faculty (public safety, health care clinical, etc).
A special note about Adjunct Faculty – the vast majority (over 90%) of the College's adjunct faculty are paid on a salary basis per class – and DO NOT NEED to check in. A Rule of Thumb – if you did not complete a paper time sheet in PantherNet, you do not need to “Check in” under Workday.
