Getting Started Using Skype for Business

Downloading the Software

  1. Sign in to Office 365 at https://admin.microsoft.com/.

  2. At the top of your Office 365 page, choose Settings: update your profile, install software and connect it to the cloud > Office 365.

  3. Choose settings

  4. Choose Install to install the Office 365 suite of applications, including Skype for Business. When you're done, go to Sign in for the first time at the end of these steps.

 

Sign in for the first time

  • At the Skype for Business sign in page, PBSC user ID and password, and then choose Sign in.

  • Enter your password for Office 365.
  • At the next page, if you want to save your password for signing in next time, choose Yes.
