What happens when a candidate is moved (progressed) to Ready for Hire? What are the next steps?

Once a candidate is moved (progressed) to Ready to Hire, then the Hire Employee or Change Job Business Process is initiated. Once this is processed by Records Management, the candidate will receive an email to log on to Workday to complete the on-boarding process. The Manager and Departmental Support will receive an inbox notification once on-boarding is initiated.
