Unable to print from my office or Follow-You printer

Jobs that have been sent to the printer, but are not printing at all.

  1. Ensure your print job has been sent to the correct printer.
  2. Power cycle the printer by pressing the On/Off switch.
    1. The location of the switch will vary depending on the make and model of the printer device.
  3. If this is a shared printer, make sure there are no other jobs that were sent that are in an error state.


Locating Printer Name
For most printers, they are in front of the printer with the white/green sticker.
