
OFF-CAMPUS / HOME DEVICE - Please note: If you are using a computer that is off-campus (personal device or college issued device) you must have the ability to make software changes to your computer (i.e. administrator rights) in order to repair Zoom using the steps below:
1. From the Start Window Search, Open Control Panel, then select Uninstall a program.

2. Scroll Down to Select Zoom, then at the top of page select Repair.
At this point, if you have Admin rights to your computer the repair will complete successfully. If not please contact the Service Desk for further assistance.

Once the repair is complete, access to Zoom meetings should work.
ON-CAMPUS / CONNECTED TO THE COLLEGE NETWORK
1. From the Start Window Search, Open Software Center.
2. Under Application, Locate Zoom, then Click Repair.

Once the repair is complete, access to Zoom meetings should work.
